Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates and swimwear may only be returned if they remain sealed and unworn.

To start a return, please contact us at info@flexiamber.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it. We will let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@flexiamber.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@flexiamber.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Your Statutory Rights

As a customer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which may include a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
